The Porridge
The porridge is a food made of oatmeal. Sometimes you can add some meat, vegetable, and sauce in it. Most american kids may not try this before, but the porridge is really important for me in three middle school year. Because my middle school starts 
at 6:45, i need to get up at 5:30. My mum always got up earlier than me to spend one hour cooking the porridge. The porridge was cook from rice, so it’s in white. After we cooking the rice for one hour, it will smell like fresh rice. When you smell the porridge, you want to eat it as soon as possible. Because the porridge is thick , it’s easy for people to eat a large size porridge within one minutes. It saves me a lot of time to go to school. Before i go to school, my mum always asks me is the porridge taste right. I don’t want to answer, i just enjoy it. Actually, it’s not only the porridge for me. it’s also the whole love from my mum. Who can continuously three years to cook the porridge for me? Cooking is a easy thing for my mum, but she got up early everyday without any more rest time. The porridge is my mum’s effort.

How to kick a habit?

Habit is an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary. Habit makes us feel comfortable with our lives. It's very difficult for people to kick a habit, and whatever it's good habit or bad habit. Because we are using the habit everyday,  it has already been part of our lives. It's difficult to kick it, but i think we can make it with my ways.

Mostly, people will kick the bad habit and keep the good one. 1.First of all, we need to find a habit to kick it. In addition to show people how to kick the habit, I have a good example about how to kick the smoking habit. Nowadays,there are a lot of people smoke in many places. They are children, teenagers, and adults. It's really a bad habit. 2. Smoking is a bad habit that it will hut people themselves. In the same way, a number of people will be affected by the smoking. We should find some solutions to help people. 3.Facing this problem, we can use my way to kick this habit.  Now we can go to find some good ways to stop and prevent the habit through the internet, books, and the news. 4.After we find these solutions, we need to set a schedule for our ways to help us follow our solutions. People cannot smoke, buy cigarette,and watch smoking. People cannot break the schedule too.5.I think we need to follow our schedule at least two months;therefore, our habits can be kicked which have followed with us for a long time. We need to stick on the schedule and don't break the schedule. 6.When we have the schedule, we need to find some punishments and people to supervise us. Likewise, we can have more chance to kick the smoking habit. 7.People are not only to supervise us, but also it's a another step to help us kick the habit quickly and easily.8.we need to connect the schedule and the punishments together;nevertheless, people have dangerous movements. 9.As a result, i think we have already forgotten our habit; 10.however, we have to test ourselves which means we need to focus ourselves to do habits. If we don't get the tempt, i think we kick the smoking habit successfully.

How to kick a habit?
Habit is an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary. Habit make us feel comfortable with our lives. It's very difficult for people to kick a habit, and whatever it's good habit or bad habit. Because we are using the habit everyday,  it has already been part of our lives. It's difficult to kick it, but we can make it.

In my opinion, we still can have chance to kick the habit with following the steps. First of all, we need to find the habit that we want to kick. Mostly, people will kick the bad habit and keep the good one. Now we can go to find some good ways to stop and prevent the habit through the internet, books, and the news. After we find these solutions, we need to set a schedule for our ways to help us follow our solutions. I think we need to follow our schedule at least two months, because our habits have followed with us for a long time, we need to stick on the schedule and don't break the schedule. When we have the schedule, we need to find some punishments or people to supervise us. Not only to supervise us, but also it's a another step to help us kick the habit quickly and easily. At the end of the way, i think we have already forgotten our habit. But we have to test ourselves which means we need to focus ourselves to do habits. If we don't get the tempt, i think we kick the habit successfully.

How to kick a habit?

Habit is an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary. Habit make us feel comfortable with our lives. It's very difficult for people to kick a habit, and whatever it's good habit or bad habit. Because we are using the habit everyday,  it has already been part of our lives. But in my opinion, it's only one question that do you really want to kick your habit. kick a habit need us to insist on stopping thinking the habit. We need to kick it out of our lives, so we need to forget it. It's very hard to kick it off by ourselves; however, we can find others to watch us kick them out of our bodies.

Their are a lot of people took drugs, that's really a bad habit. People force them to go to a hospital to take medical treatments. I think power is a good way to kick the habit.
