Habit is an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary. Habit make us feel comfortable with our lives. It's very difficult for people to kick a habit, and whatever it's good habit or bad habit. Because we are using the habit everyday, it has already been part of our lives. It's difficult to kick it, but we can make it.
In my opinion, we still can have chance to kick the habit with following the steps. First of all, we need to find the habit that we want to kick. Mostly, people will kick the bad habit and keep the good one. Now we can go to find some good ways to stop and prevent the habit through the internet, books, and the news. After we find these solutions, we need to set a schedule for our ways to help us follow our solutions. I think we need to follow our schedule at least two months, because our habits have followed with us for a long time, we need to stick on the schedule and don't break the schedule. When we have the schedule, we need to find some punishments or people to supervise us. Not only to supervise us, but also it's a another step to help us kick the habit quickly and easily. At the end of the way, i think we have already forgotten our habit. But we have to test ourselves which means we need to focus ourselves to do habits. If we don't get the tempt, i think we kick the habit successfully.

Good work, hopefully I don't have to kick any bad habits anytime soon.
